H. Erectus can reach 10". They are native to Florida, and are easily recognized by their stripes of silver that go across the body. They are usually brown, black, tan and sometimes cream. Even rarer is the Erectus that carries the ability to turna bright red! Erectus has large babies, they can eat brine at birth, making them a good seahorse for those wanting to raise large seahorses.
